Mike and Cheri von Behren- Owners

Mike and Cheri will begin their 25th year in business in January of 2007. They will also be celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary. Mike and Cheri were both born and raised in Springfield. Their son Matthew is a law student at St. Louis University and helps with the marketing of Michael von Behren Builder, Inc.

Karen Hedge - Office Manager

Karen has been with Michael von Behren Builder, Inc. since May of 2003. Before then she worked in the accounting office of a Springfield manufacturing firm. She and her husband, Ed live in Athens with their daughter, Katie. In Karen's spare time she travels the Midwest supporting her daughter's competitive softball team.

Jessica Reid - Designer

Jessica has been with Michael von Behren Builder, Inc. since August of 2004. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior and Environmental Design from Illinois State University. Recently married, she and her husband, Casey enjoy traveling and their new puppy, Roscoe.

Aaron Acree - Estimator/Project Manager

Aaron received his Associates Degree in Construction Management Technologies from John A. Logan College in Carterville, Il. He continued his education at Souther Illinois University at Carbondale. There he earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Resource Management Technology, with an emphasis in Construction Management, and a Minor in Management. Aaron is originally from Mt. Carmel, Il. He joined the team at Michael von Behren Builder, Inc. in June of 2006. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and riding four-wheelers.
