The millwork division of Michael von Behren Builder was developed to better serve our clients. As the remodeling and custom home divisions moved into projects that required more custom millwork, we saw a big demand to keep the projects on schedule by performing the millwork "in house".
When constructing custom homes and remodeling existing homes or commercial office space, our Millshop can manufacture custom fireplace fronts, wood counters, built-in shelving, entertainment units or any mouldings required to make the project fit perfect with the design.
Most recently, the mill reproduced a sliding glass door frame, which was 8 foot by 10 foot for a 30-year-old door that was no longer available. By performing this task, we were able to keep the entire elevation of the home as it was originally built just as the owners had requested.
Today the millwork division is run by Bob Rani. Bob is an excellent craftsman with years of experience. His ability to match existing casings, base and crown mould on room additions have amazed our customers. From the beautifully crafted entertainment units, custom fireplace fronts and cabinetry, Bob's projects are another way of providing our customers with quality they can love for a lifetime.
